Infart Collective, divertito e sorpreso dal successo ottenuto dalle prime due edizioni, decide così di alzare il tiro.
Il 2008 è l’anno della consacrazione effettiva dei nostri sforzi: gli artisti più affermati della scena nazionale ed europea arrivano in terra Veneta, questa volta a Bassano del Grappa: ecco nascere Say yes! to Infart, un evento di dimensioni nazionali. Il comune fornisce due location pubbliche e una mostra della durata di un mese negli spazi del Museo Civico.
Say yes! to Infart ha coinvolto 87 artisti tra nazionali (Milano, Roma, Torino, Veneto…) e provenienti dalle maggiori capitali europee (Londra, Barcellona, Madrid, Vienna, Parigi…). L’evento è stato il primo in Italia per numero di artisti ed estensione degli spazi adibiti al disegno: 1.300 mq di superficie dipinta, 350 mq di spazi espositivi, 50.000 visitatori nei due giorni, un party di presentazione scandito dalla musica dei djs di Infart Music, Ackeejuice, Esa a.k.a. El Prez e una serata musicale in piazza a coronare il festival.
E ancora, copertura nazionale su emittenti radiofoniche, tv e stampa ed un’importante rete di partnership sviluppate.
L’evento è stato inserito nella comunicazione dell’Adunata del Contemporaneo promossa da Fuori Biennale che ha portato nel corso di due giorni, 50.000 visitatori tra curiosi e addetti ai lavori che hanno invaso le strade della città raggiungendo tutte le location del festival.
Alle due situazioni in esterni si è aggiunta anche una mostra più tradizionale che ospitava i lavori su tela e gli oggetti prodotti dagli artisti. L’Infart Indoor Exhibition, l’esposizione che ha avuto luogo nel mese di settembre nel Museo Civico di Bassano, ha ospitato anche il custom show del primo art toy italiano in collaborazione con Atom Plastic capitalizzando più di 5.000 visitatori,il tutto con ingresso libero.
Risultato: Infart è l’evento di riferimento in assoluto per il 2008 in tutta Italia e allinea Bassano del Grappa con Milano e Roma per dimensioni ed esito qualitativo dell’iniziativa.
The Third Infart was held in Bassano del Grappa on September 6th and 7th 2008. For the very first time, and for two consecutives days, the whole European street art scena has gathered in the same area: the pick of national and international artistic avant-garde reunited in the dedicated areas inside the Arena Cimberle–Ferrari, the Garage Nardini and the new section of the Civic Museum in Bassano del Grappa.
The Third Infart has involved 87 artists, some Italians (from Milan, Rome, Turin, the Veneto region etc…) and others from major European Capitals (London, Barcelona, Madrid, Vienna, Paris…). The event scored the first place in Italy for number of artists and dedicated areas for painting: 1.300 square meters of painted surface /area, 350 square meters of exhi- bition area, 50.000 visitors in two days, a kick-off party to the beat of Infart Music’s DJs Ackeejuice, Esa a.k.a. El Prez and a music event in the main city square to cele- brate the festival.
Moreover, national coverage on radio, TV and press and a consistent network of part- nerships.
The event was included in the communication of the Adunata del Contemporaneo, promoted by Fuori Biennale, and gathered 50.000 visitors during the course of the two days, both curious and insiders that invaded the streets reaching all the festival loca- tions.
A more traditional indoor exhibition – displaying canvasses and objects produced by the artists – added up to the two outdoor locations: the Infart Indoor Exhibition took place at the Civic Museum in Bassano in September and hosted the first Italian art toy custom show in collaboration with Atom Plastic, scoring over 5.000 visitors with free admission/entrance.
The artworks on the dedicated walls of the event represent a special artistic heritage, an open air museum that speaks about the national and international street art avant- garde.
